They were great. Allstate sent me to them and the process was wonderful. Although my car wasnāt able to be repaired they kindly cleaned out my car and held my belongings. The people were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I canāt comment on the quality of work as I said my car ended up being totaled.

Team Collision did a fabulous job fixing the deer damage to our van. Everyone is very professional and courteous, they had the van done on time, and it was clean and tidy when we got it back!

Team collision did an amazing job on my vehicle And I do not even own a Toyota. Steve was extremely responsive and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle at all times during the 8 days. From ordering parts, to delays cuz of that he's extremely helpful. When receiving my vehicle back, it was extremely clean and they took very good care of my vehicle. I would recommend this collision shop highly.

I have had car repairs in the past, but Team Collision Center keeps you updated with what is going on and send you a copy of the items that were replaced. Ryan N has been my go-to for both of my accidents and doesn't mind when I call or email him for an update. The facility is huge and there are always eyes on your vehicle, so you know it is being done right. I will no longer take my car to a private shop or anywhere else, Toyota knows how to fix their cars with the correct parts. I trust them. Thank you for all the work you have already done.

I purchased my car and still have my servicing done here as the quality, friendliness, and communication is always so good (you get what you pay for). I was relieved Allstate sent me here for my latest accident. The collision side is no different from sales or service. Mary and the rest of the team were so easy to deal with and my car was done quickly. What REALLY blew my mind was the detailed cleaning my car received. Most places do a quick clean but not here. It looked like the day I purchased it!! Not a speck of dust on the inside to be found and the inside wasn't even affected in the fender bender. Really quality work overall and I couldn't be happier. Thank you again, Toyota.

My mom had a claim going through Progressive and I handled her claim for her due to a language barrier. I was a bit worried as Progressive is not part of their network however Ryan was exceptional start to finish. Between updates, handling the vehicle and claim he made the process smooth. Team's accuracy and determination with the claim and dealing with Progressive adjusters made sure the vehicle was repaired back to it's original state. My mom was ecstatic when we picked up the vehicle. She was mostly surprised at not only the quality of the work but the attention to detail on how clean the vehicle was when she picked it up. I would recommend these guys based on professionalism, customer service, all the way down to the technicians working on the cars. You can tell these guys have pride in the quality of repairs they perform.
